A few years back, when Glennon Doyle and I first dreamed up this traveling love rally, we had no idea what a wild ride we were in for. We poured our hearts into manifesting a multigenerational, inclusive event bringing as many people as possible together—in person, in the same room—to hear womxn’s real stories of personal transformation. To us, there was nothing better than joining hands to collectively honor the breadcrumbs that pave our paths to purpose through storytelling.
Over the past four years we have met over 40,000 of you in cities across North America. The journey has been life-changing. Together we have bore witness to stories of heartbreak, addiction, betrayal, disappointment and—through those challenges—resilience, healing, joy and triumph. While each of these stories have been unique and personal, they also shine a light on what we all have in common. When we come together, we can see that we are more alike than we are different. It’s in that common ground where we find our magic to transform ourselves and those around us.
In a world that seems intent on finding new ways to isolate and divide us, coming together to share our truths is a radical act of love. It is our hope that the stories shared in our “living room”—both on stage and online—leave you more open and connected to those around you, more empowered to own your story and more centered in your purpose.
We believe it’s no mistake that we’ve found ourselves together here and now.

Co-Founder, Together Live
Together Live is a traveling event that brings diverse storytellers together for an epic evening of laughter, music and hard-won wisdom. Thought leaders, musicians, celebrities and comedians share the stage and tell their own raw, inspiring stories of finding purpose and community.
When we’re not on the road, we’re sharing womxn’s real stories of personal transformation through our blog, email newsletter, podcasts (Do It On Purpose, And Especially You), and social communities on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
Together Live goes on tour every fall (and soon in the spring!) to cities across North America. Learn more about upcoming events by visiting our Events page and subscribing to our email newsletter.
Together Live is on a mission to share womxn’s stories of personal transformation because we believe in the power of storytelling to inspire us, connect us and ground us in our purpose. Together is open to all, and all are welcome regardless of race, gender identity and expression, ethnicity, age, nationality, religion or faith, socioeconomic status, body shape and ability/disability and sexual orientation.
As a proudly intergenerational event, Together Live welcomes all ages. We generally recommend that children be 12 and older given the sometimes adult nature of the stories and conversations that happen on stage. That said, we believe parents know their children best and should make the decision that’s right for their family.
Yes! We provide interpreters by request. If you are attending an upcoming Together Live event and wish to request an interpreter, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, including the date and location of the event you are attending.
Our live events are about two hours long, plus a short intermission.
